Ochocientos valenciano, solamente pudo publicar un ensayo, aunque ten\u00eda preparados para ser editados otros trabajos de historia literaria e investigaci\u00f3n cultural. Tampoco encontr\u00f3 la oportunidad de recopilar en libros su extensa producci\u00f3n de poemas y art\u00edculos, pero al menos supo conservar sus escritos y ensayos de investigaci\u00f3n en un archivo que ha llegado hasta nuestros d\u00edas, gracias al inter\u00e9s de sus herederos por conservarlo. Y es, precisamente, con esos manuscritos y documentos de primera mano con los que Jaime Mill\u00e1s pudo articular la reconstrucci\u00f3n biogr\u00e1fica de Rafael Ferrer i Bign\u00e9 (1836-1892).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s de 125 a\u00f1os pasaron desde su muerte sin que muchos de esos materiales, en gran parte in\u00e9ditos, importantes para conocer nuevos aspectos del movimiento cultural e identitario de la Renaixen\u00e7a, fueran estudiados y divulgados entre los lectores y los investigadores, hasta que Jaime Mill\u00e1s p\u00fablico \u201cRafael Ferrer i Bign\u00e9 (1836-1892). Mem\u00f3ria de un poeta de la Renaixen\u00e7a, en coedici\u00f3n con la \u201cEditorial Sargantana\u201d y la \u201cInstituci\u00f3 Alfons el Magn\u00e0nim\u201d (Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El erudito Ferrer i Bign\u00e9 quiso construir con el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n que denomin\u00f3 El Parn\u00e0s Valenci\u00e0, una historia de la literatura valenciana que iba desde el siglo XIII hasta el XIX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su perfil cultural destaca ser uno de los principales promotores del uso del valenciano en la creaci\u00f3n literaria, vinculado a un trabajo y un esfuerzo compartidos con sus amigos Teodor Llorente, F\u00e9lix Pizcueta, V\u00edctor Balaguer y el poeta Querol, entre otros autores, periodistas y dirigentes pol\u00edticos de aquella \u00e9poca. Su extensa obra escrita en valenciano y castellano se corresponde con los frutos de la intensa actividad que desarroll\u00f3 como periodista, erudito, traductor, poeta y dramaturgo, adem\u00e1s de jurista y abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferrer i Bign\u00e9 ejerci\u00f3 un papel destacado en la creaci\u00f3n de \u201cLo Rat Penat\u201d, en la salida del diario \u201cLas Provincias\u201d al mercado informativo valenciano y en la actividad de la \u201cReal Academia de Bellas Artes de San Carlos\u201d y en la \u201cReal Sociedad Econ\u00f3mica de Amigos del Pa\u00eds de Valencia\u201d, de la que fue su bibliotecario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informaci\u00f3n del evento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El coloquio se realizar\u00e1 en castellano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Presentado por&nbsp;<\/strong>Manuel Portol\u00e9s.
